Chit Ghee is responsible for providing assurance to ensure that the Bank operates in safe and sustainable way.

Prior to joining Metro Bank, Chit Ghee worked with Deloitte as an Associate Director leading the banking internal audit practice.  Chit Ghee has over 15 years’ experience working in the UK financial services industry providing assurance and advisory services to international banks as well as smaller start-ups. Her projects include reviews of governance and risk management frameworks, forensic investigations into corporate fraud and entities trading without permissions.

Chit Ghee enjoys raising her daughters, exploring and testing out recipes for food and cakes; and relaxing in the garden.
